Hatha Yoga for Stress Relief
Stress manifests itself in many different ways. This class is specially designed to reduce anxiety and stress. Hatha yoga is slower in rhythm with meditative and calming qualities. Classes will incorporate aromatherapy and mantras to create the best experience. This class is perfect for beginner and intermediate yogis, or anyone who is looking for a mini escape from the busy lifestyle.
